Estimates Are Informational Only
The solar and battery estimates provided by our tool are for informational purposes only. These estimates:
- Are based on satellite imagery, typical system costs, and average production data
- May vary from actual installed costs by 10-15% or more
- Do not constitute a binding quote or offer
- Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for purchasing decisions
A professional site assessment is required for accurate pricing and system design.
No Warranties
We provide our service "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The estimates will be accurate or error-free
- The service will be uninterrupted or secure
- Any particular result will be achieved
Third-Party Installers
When you request quotes, we connect you with third-party solar installers. Please note:
- We do not employ or control these installers
- We are not responsible for their work, quotes, or conduct
- Any agreements are between you and the installer
- We may receive compensation for referrals
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berkeley Solar Estimator and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate information when using our service. Inaccurate information may result in incorrect estimates.
Incentives and Tax Credits
Information about tax credits and incentives is provided for general informational purposes. We are not tax advisors or legal professionals. Consult with qualified professionals regarding your specific situation.
